1. Who we are
ThinkEthic ("ThinkEthic", "we", "us") is a service of Vynix LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By purchasing an engagement or using thinkethic.com you agree to these Terms. ThinkEthic is a business-to-business service: you represent that you are purchasing for a business, not as a consumer.
2. The services
- Tech Reality Check ($399, one-time): a written technology assessment based on your questionnaire answers, including a plain-English roadmap, a cost benchmark, a recorded video walkthrough, and 14 days of email Q&A after delivery. Delivered by email within 5–7 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire.
- Advisory (from $1,000, flat fee scoped in advance): help with a specific technology decision — provider shortlists, vendor questions, and proposal/contract review — delivered asynchronously by email and video.
No accounts or logins are required; engagements run over email.
3. Our independence
We accept no commissions, referral fees, or compensation of any kind from technology vendors or service providers, and we do not sell or implement technology. Our only revenue is the fees our clients pay us. This is a structural commitment, not a marketing claim.
4. Payment and refunds
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
- Reality Check: if you change your mind before submitting your questionnaire, email us and we will refund you in full. Once you submit the questionnaire, work begins and the fee is non-refundable.
- Advisory: scope and fee are agreed by email before payment; fees are non-refundable once work begins.
5. The nature of our advice
Our deliverables are independent business guidance about technology decisions. They are not legal, accounting, tax, investment, or engineering advice, and they are not an audit or certification. Benchmarks are good-faith estimates based on market data and anonymized engagement experience. Decisions — including what to buy, cancel, or negotiate — remain yours, and outcomes (including savings) are not guaranteed.
6. Your responsibilities
Our analysis is only as good as your answers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for reviewing our deliverables before acting on them, and for your own contracts with any providers you choose.
7. AI-assisted work
We use AI tools to assist analysis and drafting. Every deliverable is reviewed and verified by a human before it reaches you. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is processed.
8. Intellectual property
Your report is yours to use within your business — share it with your team, your accountant, your board. You may not resell it or publish it commercially. Our methodology, templates, questionnaires, and anonymized benchmark data remain the property of Vynix LLC.
9. Confidentiality
We treat the information you share in an engagement as confidential: we use it only to deliver your engagement and as described in the Privacy Policy (anonymized benchmarks). We never share it with vendors or third parties who might solicit you.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Services are provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vynix LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including decisions you or third parties make based on our deliverables.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a dispute, contact us first at [email protected] — most issues can be resolved informally, and quickly.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site or purchase of services constitutes acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
