Privacy Policy

Vynix LLC (30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA) operates ThinkEthic (thinkethic.com). Short version, in the same spirit as our advice: we collect only what we need to deliver your engagement, we never sell your data, and we never share it with technology vendors — the same independence we promise in our work applies to your information.

1. What we collect

2. How we use it

To deliver the service you paid for: analyze your situation, prepare your report, benchmark and video, answer your questions during the Q&A window, and process payment. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and — central to what we are — we never pass your information to vendors, providers, or anyone who might want to sell you something.

3. Anonymized benchmarks

We maintain aggregate cost benchmarks (e.g., "businesses this size typically pay X–Y for accounting software"). Your engagement may contribute to these in anonymized, aggregated form only — never your name, your business name, or anything identifiable.

4. AI processing

We use AI tools to help analyze questionnaire responses and draft parts of your report — always reviewed and verified by a human before delivery. Only the content needed for the analysis is processed, and it is not used by us to train models.

5. Service providers

6. Cookies

None. No tracking, no advertising cookies, no analytics scripts. The only browser storage we use is the local auto-save of your questionnaire, which stays on your device.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep engagement materials so we can support you after delivery and honor the Q&A window. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected]; we process deletion requests within 30 days.

8. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to stored data is limited to the people delivering your engagement. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply the same judgment we sell.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including US state privacy laws and the EU/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Exercise them by emailing [email protected]. For GDPR purposes the controller is Vynix LLC and processing is based on contract performance (delivering your engagement) and legitimate interest (abuse prevention).

10. Children

ThinkEthic is a business-to-business service, not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. International transfers

Data is processed in the United States by the providers listed above.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; changes appear on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Questions or requests: [email protected].
